Enhance your ArtFields experience with a feel-good yoga class surrounded by the natural beauty on display at Moore Farms Botanical Garden! We'll target the hips and spine with a variety of tasty stretches, with a secondary focus on core strengthening via unique & effective postures and movements. We'll conclude with a guided relaxation like dessert at the end of a satisfying meal. All levels are welcome, so just bring a yoga mat, water and a towel to set yourself up for an invigorating start to your ArtFields weekend!
Instructor Bio:
T.D. Rykard has been enjoying yoga for almost 20 years. He became a certified yoga teacher in 2004, having completed a 200-hour training course at Holy Cow Yoga Center in Charleston. He continued his "yoga education" with well-known teachers such as Erich Schiffman, Cyndi Lee, Doug Keller and Paul Grilley, as well as an Intermediate Level certification in India through Holy Cow's yoga school.
