Get the hang of using your knife properly, and you’ll be saved from lots of frustration and time (and possibly injuries!). So, come learn how to show your knife who’s boss. Before you know it, you’ll be chopping like a pro.
Please bring your own knife and cutting board for hands-on learning. Attendees will use their newfound skills to prepare food used in a dish.
