Topics addressed will include identifying the growing conditions in your yard, selecting native plants suited to those growing conditions as well as to your gardening goals, and how to maintain native plant gardens and yards to support wildlife. Participants will be provided with a handout with native gardening resources and are invited to bring lunch to eat while socializing with fellow gardeners after the presentation.

Native plants and books will be available for sale from 12:00-12:45 PM (during lunch).

Available add-ons: A guided native plant and pollinator walk from 1:00-2:30 PM, and a native garden design workshop from 2:45-4:45 PM.
